Are using windows/Exlorer and which version. I first tried to watch the video with Google Chrome and it didn't work at all. Windows Vista Home Premium with explorer ran it flawlessly for me I have 22 Mbps.
I thought it maxed at 24FPS(jumps to 25 max) I didn't *realize* it could make it to 28fps when the point was to show most studio's natural 24fps filming.

They ripped it apart and added their own superior code/sub-engines and improved other 2.5 function beyond Unreal 2.5's original capabilities.
I don't think people thought this was a full blown action game most the followers knew it was a paced action thriller.
Good preview. I don't know how the devs got a open world game to look like this.
The lighting engine is custom and its far more advanced than 99% of other lighting systems. I can't wait to see this game in other environments.
The 360 version looks slightly better because its clearer and has graphical effects on the transformer missing in the PS3 version.
